If you are interested in joining us at Spearhead, the first step is to shoot us a message with your resume attached including a short paragraph about why you are applying. 

If we believe there is a potential match, we'll reach out and schedule a first interview. This interview lasts around 30-45 minutes and is normally done over the phone or through teams. The purpose of this interview is for both parties to say hello and evaluate if there is an interest in moving forward with the process.

The second interview is normally held at our lovely office at Kungsgatan in Stockholm.  The focus of the interview is to create an understanding of how your skills and knowledge fits with what we are looking for in a great consultant. This is also a chance for you ask more questions about us and the role you are applying for.

The third steps involves a take-home assignment that replicates a real consulting case. You are expected to do research, analysis and prepare a short presentation and present it to us live at the office. This is a chance for you to shine and display your consulting toolbox.
